Aches and Pains?
Community Clinics in Abingdon and Manchester
We all walk around with backache, neck ache, headaches, joint stiffness and other aches and pains and think it is just something we have to put up with.
Usually, the causes can be traced back to things that we have done in our lives – accidents, sports, having children, or simply having to cope with the stresses of modern life at work or home. Sadly, it is all too common and we cope as best we can. But all too often it holds us back from achieving what we want to in our lives.
Chiropractic, however, can be beneficial in helping to manage many of these common complaints. Chiropractic has been around for over a hundred years, and it is now a UK regulated profession. It is a simple, gentle and effective method of realigning the structure of your body to help relieve pain and discomfort, increase mobility and provide a route to better health.
The McTimoney College of Chiropractic has been training chiropractors for over 40 years.
After fulfilling the competency requirements of their degree-level education, our interns then manage patients under supervision in our community clinics.
Our community clinics are therefore able to provide the best of care to the local population – at affordable prices!

During their final Masters-level year, interns of the McTimoney College of Chiropractic undertake a programme of clinical practice in the College’s Community Clinic. Interns are supervised by a fully qualified chiropractor during their time in Clinic, and patients can be assured of the best quality care at an affordable price, as treatment costs are heavily subsidised.
