Postgraduate Studies

Postgraduate programmes

A number of postgraduate programmes for chiropractors are available:

For chiropractors, these programmes provide a route to Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Chiropractors and the relevant Specialist Faculty.

Registered Osteopaths can gain direct entry to the MSc Animal Manipulation (Osteopathy) programme.

The McTimoney College of Chiropractic is an accredited education provider (AEP) of the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners (RAMP).  Our programmes fully and wholly fulfil RAMP’s educational criteria, allowing graduates to apply for the RAMP register by providing only their Certificate and evidence of their final grade for their educational component, along with the other non-educational requirements (e.g. suitable insurance etc.).

The MSc Animal Manipulation (Chiropractic) programme has undergone the necessary scrutiny and has met the criteria and requirements for educational standards as set out by the Animal Health Professions’ Register (AHPR).

The AHPR has been developed by reputable groups from the animal health industries.  Graduates of the McTimoney College join the AHPR, ensuring that animal owners understand that their professional animal therapist is properly trained and qualified.
